Terms and Conditions for Event Ticket Purchase
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase of tickets for the event described in the ticket booking form.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
1. Tickets and Payment
1.1. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or as otherwise required by applicable law.
1.2. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3. Prices for tickets are as listed on the booking form and may include applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
1.4. Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods. Tickets will not be issued until your payment is successfully processed.
2. Event Cancellation and Changes
2.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or artist/guest availability.
2.2. If the event is canceled, you will be notified, and a refund or ticket transfer option will be provided according to the organizer's refund policy.
3. Ticket Usage
3.1. Tickets are personal and non-transferable, unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer.
3.2. Tickets must be presented at the venue entrance in electronic or printed form. In case of issues with your ticket, contact the organizer immediately.
3.3. The resale or unauthorized duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.
4. Venue Entry
4.1. You must arrive at the venue on time as indicated on your ticket. Late entry is subject to the venue’s policies and availability.
4.2. All attendees must comply with venue rules, including behavioral standards and security or safety protocols.
5. Liability
5.1. The event organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or property loss occurring at the event venue or during travel to and from the event.
5.2. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the event.
6. Privacy
6.1. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy for the purposes of processing your purchase and providing event-related updates.
6.2. Any photographs or videos taken at the event may be used for promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
7.2. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days using the same payment method provided during purchase.
